Adam Wadel

Adam has devoted his life to exploring the sacred dimensions of healing, spirit, and human connection. A graduate of Comparative Religious Studies from Wheaton College, his early search for meaning carried him from collegiate athletics to Australia, where indigenous wisdom deepened his reverence for the earth and the unseen forces that guide life.

He has lived with Buddhist monks in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, completed a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat, and spent over a decade in ceremonial community through sweat lodge and vision quest practices.

As a chiropractor on Boston’s South Shore, for 15 years Adam has approached healing as sacred work. He honors the body as a doorway to Spirit and believes transformation unfolds when we courageously answer the call to grow, in community and in truth.
